Welcome to the Ministry Experience and Spiritual Gifts surveys for the "God of this City" focus at Franklin Christian Church.
The total time to complete both surveys is 15-20 minutes. Please complete each survey only once per person. Responses are collected in two separate steps:
Ministry Experience Survey
Spiritual Gifts Survey
The Ministry Experience survey will ask demographic and community experience questions relating to involvement in your immediate community. Your responses are anonymous and the information will only be used to help church leadership plan the strategic direction of FCC's community ministries and to develop discipleship materials to equip our congregation. At the end of the Ministry Experience survey, you will be redirected to a Spiritual Gifts survey tool provided by Ephesians Four Ministries. This spiritual gifts survey will provide a list of your three most dominant spiritual gifts based on your responses. Your results will be compiled with others from the entire FCC family in order to see our areas of strengths and weaknesses. Thank you for your participation.
